Why We Created a South America Luxury Travel Podcast?
After years of creating bespoke travel experiences, Clara and I realized that there was so much more we wanted to share—things that couldn’t fit into a blog post or a travel proposal.
People wanted stories. Context. A way to understand why a place matters and how to experience it fully.
But there was another reason, too. We’ve seen how the rise of mass tourism—and at times, overtourism—can put pressure on the places we care deeply about. That’s why we believe in a more mindful, respectful way to travel—one that preserves the beauty of South America while creating meaningful, lasting connections for those who visit.
We don’t want less tourism—we want better tourism. The kind that benefits local communities, protects culture and nature, and delivers unforgettable, meaningful experiences for travelers. This podcast is our contribution to that idea. A space to reflect, inspire, and invite people into a more thoughtful, soulful way of exploring.
Podcasting gave us the chance to slow down, to go deep, and to speak from the heart. Unlike social media’s quick hits, these conversations let us reflect on everything from conservation to craftsmanship, from family history to the challenges of entrepreneurship.
And why only South America? Because that’s what we know best. We’re from here, we’ve lived and worked across the continent, and we’ve spent years exploring it through the eyes of our guests and partners. South America is our expertise, our passion, and our proudest story to tell.
Our First Episode, Our Story: From a Tiny Office to a Global Brand
In our very first episode, we take you back to 2007. Clara and I were just two young women with big dreams, a tiny office in Palermo, Buenos Aires, and exactly one landline between us.
We chose to start the podcast with our personal story because it’s the foundation of everything we do. Before we talk about destinations, experiences, or travel tips—we wanted you to know who we are, where we come from, and why we care so deeply about every journey we create. This story isn’t just our beginning—it’s the reason we do things differently.
We didn’t have funding, or laptops, or a business roadmap—but we had vision, grit, and each other. That first year taught us everything about resilience, logistics, creativity, and the deep responsibility that comes with building a luxury brand from the ground up.
We learned to juggle every role—marketers, planners, client managers, designers—and learned quickly that small mistakes (like forgetting to renew our tourism license) were part of the journey. We cried, we laughed, we learned, and somehow, we kept growing.
